Fulfilment fees only. Carrier postage, packaging materials, duties and returns are billed separately — outbound here covers picking, packing and handling, not the shipping label itself. Figures are an estimate; your quote is confirmed after we see your SKUs and profile.

The estimate above is accurate for fulfillment fees at our published rates. A custom quote adds the parts a calculator cannot guess — your carrier postage at our negotiated rates, any special handling, and volume pricing once we have seen your SKU list. Send us your profile and we normally come back within one business day.

What Is Included in Your Estimate?

The calculator covers warehouse work. Here is what each line means and, just as importantly, what sits outside the number.

Receiving

Unloading, counting and checking your shipment in, then putting it away. Charged per container, pallet or case, with a per-SKU charge on mixed shipments.

Storage

Charged daily on the space actually occupied, by cubic metre or pallet position, after any free period.

Pick & Pack

The per-order fee: retrieving the item, packing it and handing it to the carrier. Banded by parcel weight.

Packaging

Standard cartons, void fill and tape are included in pick and pack. Pallets, wrap and labels are itemised separately.

Shipping

Not included in the estimate. Carrier postage is passed through at our negotiated rates once we know your dimensions and destinations.

Returns

Charged per unit received, covering inspection and the restock, quarantine or dispose decision.

Special handling

Kitting, grading, relabelling and marketplace prep — quoted before the work starts, never applied as a surprise line.

What Information Do We Need?

You only need volume and weight to use the calculator. For a firm quote, these eight details are what turn an estimate into a number we can commit to:

Monthly order volume
Or orders per day — either works. It sets how receiving and storage are spread.
Number of SKUs
Drives receiving work and bin locations, and flags whether a long tail is worth reviewing.
Average units per order
Multi-item orders take longer to pick than singles.
Product dimensions
Determines storage volume and whether parcels are billed on dimensional weight.
Product weight
Sets which pick-and-pack band each order falls into — the largest per-order line.
Storage requirements
Shelved, binned or palletised, and roughly how many days of stock you hold.
Sales channels
Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop or your own store — confirms the integration.
Special handling requirements
Kitting, FBA prep, labelling, serial capture, hazmat or oversize.

Ecommerce Fulfillment Quotes for Growing Brands

Most brands come to us at the point where fulfillment has stopped being a background task — order volume is climbing, packing has taken over an afternoon that used to be spent on marketing, and a peak season is visible on the horizon. The quote you need at that stage is not just a rate card; it is an answer to whether the numbers still work at three times your current volume.

So run the calculator twice: once at today’s volume, once at where you expect to be in a year. Because receiving and storage are shared across the month, cost per order falls as you grow — seeing by how much is usually more useful than the absolute figure.

There is no minimum volume, no setup fee and no contract term, so a quote costs you nothing to obtain and commits you to nothing. Shipping from the Los Angeles / Ontario / Riverside corridor keeps most of the West Coast within one or two carrier zones, which for a growing brand without its own carrier discounts is typically the single largest saving available.
