Multi-category fulfillment services for growing brands — whatever product types you sell, one operation covers it: receiving and inventory management, storage, pick and pack, multi-channel order fulfillment, shipping and returns processing — serving ecommerce brands across Southern California, including Riverside, the Inland Empire, Ontario and Los Angeles.
A 3PL fulfillment company handling the whole operation for you — inventory management, automated order processing, branded packaging and returns — so your team can spend its time on the product and the marketing instead of the packing bench.
Pick, pack and ship is the visible part. Here is the whole path your inventory takes once it reaches us.
We book in your inbound container, pallets or cases, verify counts against your packing list and flag shortages or damage before they become your problem.
Goods are put away by SKU with live stock counts, so what you see in the dashboard is what is actually on the shelf.
Orders flow in automatically from your storefronts and marketplaces — no CSV uploads, no manual re-keying.
Batch and wave picking routes each order efficiently, with scan verification at the bin so the right unit leaves the shelf.
Right-sized cartons, protective fill and your branded inserts — plus kitting and bundling where a product needs it.
Carriers compared per order and the label bought on our negotiated accounts, shipping from Southern California.
Tracking flows straight back to the order on your channel, so your customer and your support team both see it without being told.
Returns come back to us, get inspected, and are restocked, quarantined or disposed of on the rule you set.
Pick and pack is billed per order: a first-item fee plus an additional-item fee for each further unit in the same order, both banded by unit weight. Packaging and carrier postage are billed separately, never folded into the handling fee.
The first seven days are free, then a daily rate per cubic metre that steps up with inventory age. Fast-moving stock can leave before it ever attracts a storage charge; slow movers are where the cost accumulates.
Each unit is picked against the order and scanned at the pack station, so a mis-pick is caught at the bench rather than by your customer. Kitting and bundling run through the same check.
Orders are pulled from your channels automatically and the tracking number is written back to the order once the label is bought — your buyer and your support team both see it without anyone forwarding an email.
From wholesale pallets to direct-to-consumer parcels — DTC, B2B, retail, ecommerce, FBA prep and oversize programs, each tailored to how you actually sell.
Inventory is held as one pool rather than split per channel, so a unit sold on any of them comes off the same shelf and your counts stop drifting between platforms. Tell us which channels you sell on and we will confirm the integration path with your quote.
What you pay depends on how goods arrive (receiving), how long they sit (storage), how many orders you ship and how many units are in each, plus pick and pack, packaging, carrier postage and any special handling.
Our full rate card is published — every line that can appear on an invoice, with the rate against it and what drives that rate.

Being in the Inland Empire is not just an address. Shipping from here puts most of the West Coast within one or two carrier zones, which matters for a brand that has no carrier discount of its own. It also puts us close to the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports, so imported inventory has a short drayage leg before it reaches a shelf.

What brands ask before handing over their fulfillment.
A third-party logistics provider takes over the physical side of getting orders to your customers: receiving your inventory, storing it, picking and packing each order, buying the shipping label and handling returns. You keep the brand and the customer relationship; the 3PL runs the warehouse work.
You send inventory to us and connect your sales channels. From then on, orders flow into our system automatically, we pick and pack them, compare carriers and buy the label, and push tracking back to the order. Returns come back to us for inspection and restocking.
Ecommerce brands that have outgrown packing orders themselves, wholesalers shipping to retailers, and sellers who need FBA prep. It tends to make sense once fulfillment stops being a background task — when packing eats a working afternoon, or peak season is visible on the horizon.
Yes. Ecommerce order fulfillment is our core service, covering DTC parcels, B2B and retail orders, FBA prep and oversize items. Each has its own program because the packing and compliance requirements are genuinely different.
Yes. Orders flow in from Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other major channels without manual handoffs, and tracking flows back to the channel automatically. Tell us which channels you sell on and we will confirm the integration path.
Yes. Pick and pack is the per-order core of the service: retrieving each item, packing it in a right-sized carton with your branded materials, and preparing it for the carrier. Kitting, bundling and labelling are available where a product needs them.
Yes, and they run as separate programs. DTC is parcel-by-parcel with branded packaging; B2B ships by carton or pallet with retailer routing guides, EDI and compliance labelling, where a missed requirement turns into a chargeback.

There is no single number, because a 3PL bills separate activities: receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging and returns, with carrier postage passed through on top. Our full rate card is published — see the 3PL pricing page for the line-by-line breakdown.
Enter your order volume, average order weight and storage profile into our 3PL cost calculator. It applies our published rates and returns your estimated monthly cost and cost per order, itemised, with no email required to see the number.
Our strength lies in skilled professionals and proven systems working together across the Los Angeles, Ontario and Riverside corridor.
